Trader Joe's bread recalled due to undeclared allergen

Bread sold in Trader Joe's stores in five states

Athens Baking Company is recalling Trader Joe’s Harvest Whole Wheat Bread sold in five states due to an undeclared allergen.

The bread was sold in Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah. Only products labeled with best buy dates between Jan. 8 and Jan. 27 are included. The bread did not list cultured whey (milk) in the ingredients label. There have been no illnesses reported to date.
