Boneless beef recalled due to possible E. coli

H & B Packing Co. recalls more than 73,000 pounds

Boneless beef products produced by H & B Packing Co. have been recalled due to possible E. coli O103 contamination.

The products were produced on March 6. The affected products are 60-lb. boxes containing boneless beef with case code 69029 and production date 03/06/17 and multiple combo bins with case code 69029 and production date 03/06/17.

The items were shipped to food manufacturers in Texas. They bear establishment number “EST. M13054” inside the USDA mark of inspection.
