The American Custom Drying food-grade spray Dryer 5 is designed for specialty ingredients, such as flavors, colors, proteins and oil encapsulation. The dryer has a USDA-certified CIP system for the dryer chamber and product baghouse. Dryer water evaporation rate capacities range from 50 to 300 lbs./hr. The dryer includes a heat exchanger, automatic temperature control, variable dryer configurations and a fluid bed.
