NBE bulk bag unloader

The NBE bulk bag unloader with a chain-style tubular drag conveyor has a target material infeed rate of up to 13 tons/hr. The discharger uses 2 integrated hydraulic massage paddles, each with 2,200 lb. of pressure, to condition material and aid material flow. The closed-cycle dust collection system filters migrant material and reintroduces it into the process flow. Integrated clean-in-place capability is provided by an automated CIP cart.
