Multi-Conveyor accumulation system

The Multi-Conveyor accumulation system features a mild steel-constructed tabletop system that transports empty bottles between a labeler and a filler. The accumulation “loop” consists of 1 incline alpine conveyor and 1 decline alpine conveyor. If the labelers goes down, the accumulation loop reintroduces product into the transportation line; if the filler goes down, the accumulation loop accepts product until it fills up. A product pusher along the transport line rejects mislabeled bottles onto a separate conveyor.
