Munson Model No. 4-SS rotary knife cutter

The Munson Model No. 4-SS rotary knife cutter is designed for use with foods, such as corn, spices, roots and grains. The unit has a rotor assembly with 5 full-length knives that cut material against 4 stationary bed knives. The cutting knives are made of hardened tool steel and can be re-sharpened. Once particles are the right size, they pass through a perforated screen into either a gravity or pneumatic discharge.
