The BIOMILK 300 analyzer quantifies residual lactose levels in lactose-free and lactose-reduced dairy products. The analyzer is produced by BIOLAN and offers an analysis time of less than 3 min. It can detect residual lactose levels of less than .01 percent and requires no extensive lab skills to operate or additional equipment to read results.
