Suitable for applications such as cutting systems, automated welding, robotics and semiconductors, the Nexen CRD 250B compact ring drive includes a built-in zero backlash locking/brake design. Spring engaged and pneumatically released, it defaults to lock in a power failure or emergency situation. The drive has a holding torque of 800Nm, 60 psi maximum release pressure and a grade bearing and drive mechanism in a sealed IP65-rated housing.
