The Hollymatic self-feeding Model R2200 table top forming and portioning machine is built for small- to high-volume food processors. Forming patties and other shapes up to 4.7 in. in diameter, with adjustable weights and thicknesses from 3/16 to 1.3 in, the machine has a variable speed production output rate of 2,200 portions/hr. Powered by a ¾ hp motor, the machine has a 33-lb. hopper capacity.
