Readco Kurimoto SC continuous processors offer heat transfer to transform slurries into powders. The processors include counter-rotating, hollow, twin screw shafts inside an ASME-rated, jacketed barrel. Differential screw rotation creates a material flow toward the discharge with a self-wiping action, converting liquids into sticky pastes, dry powders or flakes. The processors can be used with a range of liquids, slurries, powders and/or wet cakes.
