The Multi-Conveyor settling, singulation and orientation conveyor for unpackaged pet food uses vibration to settle and separate individual pieces. The product is orientated narrow-edge leading when it becomes a single lane and is then transferred at a right angle to wide-side leading. The unit singulates and orients product at rates of 180 to 200 parts/min. Additional single-filing conveyor solutions are available.
