Designed to accommodate American Meat Institute guidelines with a CIP capability, the Heat and Control multizone, convection rotary dryer/roaster roasts nuts, seeds and protein snacks in a continuous, sanitary manner. Heated air evenly surrounds the product pieces through a combination of convection heating and rotary motion, following first-in, first-out production principles.
