With adjustable cook times from 5 to 45 seconds and a frying wheel design, the PPM snack frying system compartmentalizes each extrusion or pellet to control frying. The controller maintains and adjusts oil temperature. The compact fryer is available with production rates from 200 to 1,100 lb./hr. Gas and electrical heating options are available.
