Kate Rome, President of Rome Grinding Solutions, leads the third-generation family run business. Rome has worked for the company since she was 16 years old, filling roles from purchasing and accounting to general management. Rome has served as President for the company since 2014. During her time in leadership, Kate has been dedicated to helping women advance in the manufacturing industry. In her spare time, Kate likes to cook, boat, garden and spend time with her husband, 3 kids and 2 bulldogs.
