Product Line Support Leader; Wire Belt Company of America
Rick Milner has been at Wire Belt Company for over 40 years and began as a Set-up Mechanic and currently holds the title of Product Line Support Leader. During his tenure at Wire Belt he’s had multiple positions focusing on the quality of products, process improvements, engineering support, marketing support, customer relations and management. He enjoys the challenge of solving customer problems through education of our products via training presentations and if needed he assists the customers with design layouts in their plants. He also makes on-site visits, checking that everything is running well and assures the customer that Wire Belt is there to support them. Rick earned an AAS in Quality Assurance at Mount Washington College in New Hampshire and a BBA from Emmanuel College in Boston. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with family, fishing, golfing, cooking and woodworking.
