Viviano Del Villar Jr is the Senior Director, Operations at the Irwindale, Calif. plant for Bonduelle Fresh Americas, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bonduelle and home of the Ready Pac Foods and Bonduelle brands. The business unit focuses on fresh vegetables, salads and fresh meal solutions for the Americas.

With more than 18 years of experience in manufacturing and distribution, Viviano joined Bonduelle Fresh Americas in 2015. In his role, he leads overall operations of high volume lines of production that produce fresh food products in the company’s portfolio such as salad blends, salad kits, single-serve meals and snacks.

Through his knack for connecting with people, Viviano has been able to establish relationships and build teams that deliver continuous improvement on the plant floor without compromising human safety, high quality products and profitability.
Prior to Bonduelle Fresh Americas, Viviano last served as a Plant Manager at Kraft Heinz. Through his tenure there, he also served as Production Supervisor, EHS Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager and Operations Manager.

Viviano has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Phoenix and currently resides in Santa Clarita California with his wife and three children. In his spare time, he enjoys horseback riding and family time.
