Exhibitor set-up will take place on Sunday, April 7, 2024 from 3:00 - 6:00 PM

Please note that set-up time is limited to 3 hours, and all exhibits must be operational and ready the Sunday evening Welcome Reception. Exhibit Show Hours are from 7:00 - 8:30 PM on Sunday, April 7 & from 12:30 - 5:00 PM on Monday, April 8

Exhibitor Teardown will take place on Monday, April 8, 2024 from 5:00- 6:30 pm

 All freight left on show floor without a bill of lading on file with GULF COAST EXPO will be shipped via ABF FREIGHT SYSTEM and charged a $25.00 administrative fee.

Gulf Coast Expo is the official general service contractor for the 2024 Food Automation & Manufacturing Symposium and Expo. All shipments must be handled by Gulf Coast Expo.
