Exhibitor set-up will take place on Monday April 14, 2025 from 3:00 - 6:00 PM

Please note that set-up time is limited to 3 hours, and all exhibits must be operational and ready the Monday evening Welcome Reception. Exhibit Show Hours are from 6:00 - 7:30 PM on Tuesday April 14 & from 1:45 - 4:30 PM on Tuesday, April 15

Exhibitor Teardown will take place on Tuesday April 15, 2025 from 4:30- 7:30 pm

 All freight left on show floor without a bill of lading on file with GULF COAST EXPO will be shipped via ABF FREIGHT SYSTEM and charged a $25.00 administrative fee.

Gulf Coast Expo is the official general service contractor for the 2025 Food Automation & Manufacturing Symposium and Expo. All shipments must be handled by Gulf Coast Expo.

A 7-day notice is required to avoid a charge of 50% of the order total. Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to the day of scheduled delivery (including no shows) are subject to the full amount of the order.
