Anthony Zapata is a sales and marketer with more than 6 years of experience in the food and beverage processing industry. He currently serves as the Business Development Manager at Hiperbaric, a global leader and manufacturer of high pressure processing equipment. Anthony attended Florida State University, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Marketing in 2017. After graduation, he started his career in marketing & sales, working with Universal Pure, the largest high pressure processing third-party service provider, or toller, in the United States.
In 2020, Anthony joined Hiperbaric, where has since played a crucial role in driving business growth and implementing a global marketing infrastructure. He works closely with food and beverage manufacturers to educate them on the benefits of HPP technology, such as food safety and extended shelf-life. When he's not working, Anthony enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures, and trying new foods. Anthony is a foodie at heart, passionate about everything that goes into providing sustainable, healthy nutrition for the future.
