John Krbechek, Vice President, Engineering, Taylor Farms Foodservice Division, has been with Taylor Farms since 2001, where he improves operations, creates new processes, and customizes automation through his passion for designing efficient internal flow. Now based in Salinas, California, where the company is headquartered, John is originally from the Midwest region, where he was given a plot of land on his family’s farm to grow his own vegetables and bring them to the market in order to save money for school. John graduated with an Engineering degree, and earned an MBA from Stanford University. John took Warren Buffet’s advice after a personal interaction with him to “work for a company that you admire,” which continues to hold true for John as he remains at Taylor Farms for over two decades.
