His incredible in-depth knowledge of meat operations allows him to transform any need or idea from the team into an operating process, and he especially enjoys improving processes that also achieve utility savings. “I love a project that has a rapid payback.” Mike was the executor of Scott’s vision for the new Bell & Evans Organic-Certified Harvesting Facility.
