Nolan Lewin joined Rutgers University in 2018 as Director of the Piscataway center. Shortly thereafter, he was assigned additional responsibilities as director of operations for both the Bridgeton and Piscataway locations. He is currently serving as executive director for the Food Innovation Center at Rutgers University, which is a unique food incubator and accelerator. It is a unit in the NJ Agricultural Experiment Station at Rutgers and supports early stage entrepreneurs and existing food and beverage companies from concept to commercialization in USDA and FDA registered facilities. Notable startups include Impossible Foods and SunDial Foods.
