Rob Haas is an ardent and experienced problem solving professional currently leading Engineering and Supply Chain Activities for EverGrain® by AB InBev, an Upcycled Certified™ ingredient organization focused on sustainable barley ingredients. During his 30+ year career, Rob developed new capabilities across multiple food/beverage platforms, including EverGrain’s upcycled barley-based ingredients and ABI’s brewing and packaging design and operations.
As an Operational leader across multiple plants, Rob implemented and optimized AB InBev’s world class lean manufacturing management system that unifies its global operations into one cohesive unit.
As President of Metal Container Company (MCC) Rob led AB InBev’s can manufacturing subsidiary, as well as having worked as Global Director of Engineering and CAPEX for the company. Based in China and the U.K. in the mid to late 90’s, Rob helped build global operational capabilities to support new market expansion in APAC and Europe. Rob is mission-focused on reducing the industry’s supply chain carbon footprint, realizing strategic technical solutions like upcycled barley protein ingredients that optimize the value chain.
Rob has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri S&T, and a Masters in International Business from Washington University in St. Louis. Rob and his family currently reside in St. Louis, Mo.
