FSIS implements Public Health Criterion for Food Safety Assessments

USDA’s FSIS announced it will implement the Public Health Criterion for prioritizing Food Safety Assessments (FSAs) within the May 2013 scheduling cycle. FSIS uses these criteria for prioritize establishments for for-cause FSAs. You can read FSIS’s list of criteria here.
