Kellogg investigating video of man urinating on production line

March 14, 2016

The Kellogg Company says both criminal and internal investigations are under way after a graphic video surfaced online depicting a man urinating on a company production line.

The company, which learned of the video on March 11, says law enforcement authorities and regulators were immediately notified.

A Kellogg investigation revealed the video was recorded at its Memphis, TN facility, in 2014. Kellogg says “it is important to note that any products that could have been potentially impacted would be very limited and past their expiration dates.”

“Food quality is of the utmost importance to Kellogg Company,” says Kris Charles, Kellogg spokesperson. “We are outraged by this completely unacceptable situation, and we will work closely with authorities to prosecute to the full extent of the law.”
