Robot HP C-Series double-screw vacuum fillers for industrial scale plants handle a variety of filling tasks, says Vemag, the manufacturer. The modular construction of the system consists of a vacuum filler, plus specially adapted attachments, enabling customized solutions. The units offer strong drive technology via a high-performance hydraulic drive that guarantees maximum filling pressures under most conditions. The vacuum pot is located in the operator's line of sight, so any product taken in can be seen, ruling out damage to the vacuum pump. The required vacuum is set by turning a knob on the front of the machine.
