ACS CI series rotary valves are designed for rugged applications generating harsh or abrasive dusts.  The series features an outboard bearing design thatfex0613dpt5_ib.jpg manages applications with pressure differentials up to 15 psig, protects the bearings in high-temperature applications to 750°F and removes the bearings from the path of damaging and contaminating materials. The valves feature a simultaneous 2-vane inlet seal and 2-vane outlet seal that maintain accurate pressure differentials. The valves are available in cast iron, 304 or 316 stainless steel, and range in size from 10 to 44 in.
