Jongia's portable tanker rail car mixer, designed to blend, re-suspend and mix food oils, fits multiple hatch size openings. Designed to be lowered into the rail car hatch and attached to the rail car via existing hatch bolts, the mixer has an adjustable mixing element that folds itself compact when lowered, opens up for mixing when turned on and re-folds itself closed when mixing is complete.
