The Atlas powder blender is designed and configured to break up clumps found in dry bulk product before entering a fluid to ensure equal distribution. Made of stainless steel and designed to fit any space, the blender consists of a funnel, vibratory hopper, feeder, scale, mixing tube, level, pump and meter. Operators can plug in the recipes for multiple formulas, set an automatic preset value, measure the weight of the dry product and flow rate of the fluid, and control the speeds of the vibratory hopper and pump.
