Van Meurs has a new bag-in-box filling machine for both aseptic (high or low acid, ESL) and non-aseptic filling with very large production capacities. These machines can be configured with single or multiple filling heads, and offer easy and quick changeover times, says Van Meurs. The equipment accommodates all brands of bags and all closure types. It utilizes a plc controller that provides low maintenance, smooth operation and filling capacities of more than 1,427 gallons per hour. The system can be designed for semi- or fully automated operation.
