TheFuji-Acerobotic palletizer is an efficient, high-speed alternative to standard high-level and low-level palletizers. It can palletize different sizes and weights of bags, boxes, cans and drums at speeds up to 1,600 cycles per hour. It can handle different size boxes or bags simultaneously using an optional "B" axis for automatic adjustment of handgrip width. It also features touch-screen programming that allows the palletizer to perform up to 30 prespecified patterns. In addition, the Fuji-Ace requires approximately half the floor space of standard palletizers.
