The SPECTRUM systems provide tighter temperature control, faster temperature pull-down and recovery, higher capacities, fuel efficiency, and reduced maintenance costs. The systems are designed to meet the needs of customers, who, because of stricter HACCP and food safety regulations, now demand tighter temperature control and more accurate monitoring of temperatures throughout the cold chain.
