Tubular drag conveying

Hapman’s fully enclosed tubular drag conveyor works in challenging bulk material handling applications. The chain-driven flight mechanism is operated by the company’s proprietary auto-tensioner, which offers consistent and proper chain tension, reducing routine maintenance and increasing chain life. The unit automatically sends alerts when adjustments are needed.

The conveyor can handle friable and blended materials, and provides dust-free operation that mitigates hazardous work areas. The machine protects material from outside contamination. System layout is flexible; the conveyor can work in horizontal and vertical positions, at any angle and around corners. It discharges 100% of material and starts under load. Capacities up to 50 cu. ft./minute are available.fex0212dpt8_inbod.jpg
