Suitable for all types of bone-in and boneless fresh, cooked or tempered meat, poultry and seafood, the Holac Sect 28 CT continuous, high-volume slicer can slice naturally shaped or formed product. It cuts in a range of thicknesses from 1mm to 30mm; consistently shingled or stacked slices are possible. A planetary action-slicing blade is coupled with a synchronized belt and gripper feed system for precise slicing. With a double-wing blade, the slicer can make up to 800 cuts/min. Interleaving, underleaving, checkweighing and automatic loading options are available.
