The Ashworth all-stainless steel Omni-Pro conveyor belt features zero-tension, 360-degree buttonless welds that are produced with an automated process that positions each rod before completely melting and fusing the rod and link together, free of surface imperfections and crevices. The conveyor protrusion leg prevents the welds from contacting the spiral cage bars. Withstanding spiral/turn-curve tensions up to 400 lb., the belt comes in 3/4-, 1-, 1.2- and 1 1/2-in. pitch options with turn ratios from 1.6 to 2.8 and widths from 12 to 60 in.
