Designed to emulsify, homogenize or blend, IKA Work’s Master Plant is a complete processing system including vessel, piping, valves, controls and two mixers. Its capacity ranges from 2.5 to 1,000 gallons. Two of the system’s components, an integral spiral agitator and an IKA DBI 2000 mixing unit, provide complete mixing, homogenization or dispersion plus product transfer and system cleaning. Solids or liquids can be added to the mixer for high or low shear mixing.
