Hosokawa Bepex has a new automated cottage cheese vat designed to improve curd definition and yield. This product automatically retrieves self-contained cutting and mixing tools directly from a COP (Cleaned Out of Place) tank and returns them when completed. This preserves cutting tool quality and extends tool life. Also included is an automated whey removal system that provides optimum heat transfer and reduced cook times resulting in more vat turnovers per day.
