This program will educate the owners, plant managers, engineers, and quality managers of food and beverage processing facilities in the topics of food safety in plant design, construction, and expansion. Issues surrounding sanitary design, zoning, air pressure management, and clean plant construction will be explored in depth. The goal of this workshop is to assist owners and managers in understanding best practices and risks associated with plant design and construction to meet the company’s long-term objectives.
