Microbiological Control in the Food Plant Environment and the Role of Rapid Testing

This webinar will review the impact the plant environment has on microbiological contamination of processed foods and will demonstrate the value of rapid pathogen testing in HACCP and food safety plans. The use of rapid pathogen testing verify HACCP plans and preventative controls are a powerful means to help improve the food safety and brand image of food companies. Rapid pathogen testing solutions allow for decreased response time, faster interventions, and better control on pathogens. The exploration of the impact of rapid pathogen testing solutions will allow food companies to improve their business efficiencies in conjunction with improving food safety programs
