AMI requests topics for 2015 IPPE

The American Meat Institute is inviting its members to submit topics for possible sessions to be added as part of the 2015 International Production and Processing Expo.

The institute said the submissions should cover topics of interest to the meat and poultry industries which include food safety, regulatory and plant operations issues.

Each proposal should include a session title, synopsis and contact information for the proposer.

Topics will be taken until Friday, May 16 and can be submitted to Jessica Mosley.

The expo will take place from Jan. 27 to Jan. 29 in Atlanta.
