Using a rotary sealing head to ensure straight, even seals, WeighPack’s Zippy Bagger automatic horizontal bagging machine is designed for use with pre-made laminate or polyethylene wicket bags. Compliant with USDA standards, it is suitable for packaging fresh produce, candy, snack foods, pasta or baked goods. Running at speeds up to 35 cycles/min., the bagger works with a variety of bag types with no change parts, and can handle bags 5.5 in. to 14 in. wide and 6 in. to 20 in. long. A low-profile machine, it is suited for areas with height restrictions.
