Re-enginered versions of Thompson Scale's intermediate and heavy-duty checkweighers supply weighments to provide quality control. The entry-level checkweighers offer basic programming on the controls, but still provide timely and accurate weight data. The intermediate checkweighers handle products in the 0.5 to 50 kg range. Heavy-duty versions can weigh items from 10 to 200 lbs. Examples of containers that can be weighed include boxes, cans, bottles, pails, rigid shrink-wrapped packages or flexible packages.
