Fleet optimization

The Raymond iWarehouse fleet optimization system features the iBattery module that enables data-driven battery management by automatically notifying warehouse managers of key statistics, such as charge/discharge cycles, high and low temperatures and low battery water levels. The module can detect vital pieces of battery fleet information, such as battery weight to meet lift truck specifications, as well as state-of-charge and voltage; data available through the module also can help ensure compliance with warranty requirements by providing detailed reports on the interval of charges, temperature, watering and equalization to validate battery maintenance.
