Vande Berg Scales says its checkweighers perform the same statically (belts not moving) and in-motion (belts running). The units allow users to stop the belts and accurately calibrate the scale using known test weights. They feature a modular plastic washdown belt and achieve accuracy through a single load-cell design. An automatic conveying mechanism reduces effects of vibration during the weighing cycle. The automatic conveyor mounts to the live end of the load-cell block and is part of the scale's live section.
