Operating with a complete suite of application software, Raytek’s MP150 high-speed infrared linescanner provides non-contact temperature measurement. With scan speeds up to 150Hz, the scanner can gather data from the fastest manufacturing processes. It measures up to 1,024 data points per scan to identify small temperature anomalies. A fiber-optic communication system permits direct connection to an existing industrial Ethernet infrastructure or to a PC, while avoiding potential interference from strong EMI fields generated by heavy equipment. An internal laser indicates the scanner’s exact line-of-sight.
