Magnetic grate

Eriez has redesigned its Easy to Clean Magnetic Grate in Housing product to improve product purity and allow for more efficient cleaning. The new design features an enlarged magnetic discharge area, longer magnetic tubes, stronger clamps, improved stripping assembly and a redesigned center divider.

The unit’s design changes improve tramp iron separation and discharge while eliminating product accumulation within the assembly. The enlarged separation area ensures positive tramp metal separation and eliminates product build-up within the discharge chute.
