The Simple-Clean magnetic drawer-in-housing incorporates a non-magnetic “dead-zone” at the end of magnetic tubes, which sits outside the product flow during operation and does not interfere with metal capture rates. This allows the operators to wipe collected metal down to the dead-zone with a gloved hand or shop rag, where it simply falls off as it becomes free of the magnetic field. The housing is available in two- or three-row configurations with standard inlet and outlet lengths and widths from 6- to 24-in., in 2-in. increments.
