
Intended for applications where sauce or product is added to a protein portion of varying weights, Hinds-Bock’s servo motor stroke adjustment mechanism interfaces with a checkweigher for automatic deposit volume adjustment. An upstream checkweigher feeds forward the protein weight which adjusts the sauce fill amount to accurately make label weight. When the mechanism is interfaced with a downstream checkweigher, product weights are fed back to the filling machine for automatic adjustments.
