Designed for contamination-sensitive food industry applications where frequent disassembly and cleaning are required, the K-Tron Premier Quick-Clean Aerolock rotary valve can be disassembled and cleaned by one person using a hand-held wrench, without disengaging it from the system or disturbing the seals or bearings. Available in 5 sizes from 6 to 14 in. and capable of handling pressure differentials to 0.8 bar (12psi), the valve comes standard with a 10-blade stainless steel rotor that is equipped with relieved tips to prevent material build-up on the housing. An optional support carriage facilitates removal of the rotor.
