The S300 and S300B scribing lasers from Domino are high-speed machines that are suitable for PET and glass coding applications. The units are part of the company's CO2 scribing lasers and include features such as small laser heads, IP55 rating for use in harsh and hostile environments and touchscreen user interface. The S300B uses Blue Tube technology, a wavelength that is specifically suited to PET, and has achieved production speeds of more than 1,000 bottles/minute printing in two-line code, says the company.
