Intended for use in the dairy industry, Thiele’s slip sheet inserter inserts paperboard, chipboard or corrugated slip sheets between layers of 8-oz. plastic bottles to eliminate slippage and the nesting of bottles into lower layers. Capable of utilizing various materials for the slip sheets, the unit can insert 10 sheets/min. It can be incorporated into any Thiele Pak Tek caser for a fully integrated system that can package more than 400 bottles/min.; it can also be used to upgrade existing caser systems.
